A peer-to-peer (P2P) service is a decentralized platform whereby two individuals interact directly with each other, without intermediation by a third party. The WebVestor marketplace was deliberately designed as P2P to empower buyers and sellers to handle their own affairs. We don't meddle in our members' business. Of course, members are free to work with brokers or any other third-party of their choosing throughout the acquisition process. In fact, we generally recommend working with professionals but WebVestor does not get involved in that.  We created the marketplace to be a neutral place for buyers and sellers of online businesses to handle transactions how they see fit.

Of course not. Sellers keep 100% of their sell price.
Listings stay live for 6 weeks, at which point the listing reverts to a draft state. Listings can easily be republished and reset for another 6 weeks ad infinitum. We do this to keep the marketplace fresh.
